Pressure Cooker

Ahhh, a bowel of hot lentil soup. What's better on a cold winter day, when digging into a delicious lentil soup?
In fact, when it's cold outside and winter, my wife always says: "This is good weather for soup." And I always say: "Any time is good for the stock." Soup will not be banned on winter days to be good. I can enjoy a delicious bowl of soup every day ... and so can you.

This soup is easy to do, so why not try?

8PEOPLE

2 liters of water

1-1/2 cups bean brown autumn

1 Put water and beans in the pressure cooker. Bring the soup to pressure and cook for 7 minutes. You can decrease the pressure in the pot and lid. You should not use a pressure cooker, but it is much faster than the traditional pot. If you're a regular pot, simmer until the beans are soft.

1 carrot, peeled and coarsely chopped

1-1/2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon fennel seeds

1 / 2 teaspoon chili powder

1 / 2 lemon, juice

1 teaspoon salt

1 / 2 teaspoon pepper

2 Add the above ingredients into the pan and cook under pressure for 8 minutes, or use a regular pot and cook the ingredients until the onions are transparent and soft.

3 ounces lean ground beef or turkey and fried in olive oil

3 Remove the cover fromStove and add the browned meat with its juice into the pot. Add more water or a can of chicken broth into the soup, if necessary, so that there is enough brothy. Enjoy your soup while still hot.
